By participating in Worlds Apart, you agree to uphold the following principles:

Respect and Inclusion: Treat all participants, regardless of background, identity, or perspective, with respect and dignity. Embrace diversity and actively work to create an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and valued.

Zero Tolerance for Discrimination: Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or any form of harmful behavior will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age.

Open Communication: Foster open and honest communication among participants. Listen actively, respect others' viewpoints, and engage in constructive dialogue. Be receptive to feedback and willing to address any concerns or conflicts that may arise.

Consent and Boundaries: Respect personal boundaries and always seek consent before engaging in physical contact or discussing sensitive topics. Be mindful of individual comfort levels and refrain from pressuring others into activities they are not comfortable with.

Professionalism: Conduct yourself professionally at all times. This includes adhering to scheduled timelines, being punctual for rehearsals and performances, and communicating any conflicts or issues promptly to the organizers.

Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of personal information shared within the context of Worlds Apart. Refrain from sharing private or sensitive information without explicit consent from the individual(s) involved.

Safety: Prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants. Report any concerns regarding safety or violations of the Code of Conduct to the organizers immediately.

Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions and their impact on others. Acknowledge mistakes, apologize if necessary, and commit to learning and growing from the experience.

Enforcement: Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in consequences, including but not limited to verbal warnings, temporary suspension from participation, or expulsion from Worlds Apart events. Organizers reserve the right to enforce these consequences as deemed appropriate.
